Your hotel arrangements should be confirmed before you book. Ask about room occupancy, facilities and the route between your accommodation and the relevant mosque entrances.
If you prefer to share only with your own travelling party, explain this when requesting a quotation. Alternative room arrangements depend on availability and may change the price.
Tell us about any accessibility requirements early so the proposed accommodation and transport can be assessed against your needs.
Your flight itinerary should identify the departure airport, airline, connections and baggage allowance. A direct flight should be treated as included only when it appears in your confirmed arrangements.
Check airport transfers separately from travel between Makkah and Madinah. Your quote should explain which journeys are included, whether transport is shared or private, and any additional cost.
Compare packages with similar inclusions rather than choosing by headline price alone. Different travel dates, room arrangements and flight itineraries can affect the total cost.
