Often referred to as the "minor Hajj," umrah shares many similarities with Hajj. Anytime during the year, a pilgrim may perform Umrah, but it must be done before beginning the Hajj rituals. Correct Umrah performance has countless benefits.

What is Umrah

The Arabic word "Umrah" is derived from the word "i'timar," which means "a visit." However, in terms of Islam, performing the lesser pilgrimage in Makkah is referred to as Umrah, which involves visiting the Holy Ka'abah. It is a form of worship founded on the teachings of the Prophet of Allah (Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Umrah can be carried out at any time of the year, unlike Hajj, the more significant pilgrimage, which must be carried out during certain days of Dhul Hijjah.
Let's look at how to perform Umrah now that you are aware of what it is: Ihram, Tawaf, Sa'ee, and Halq are the four fundamental pillars of the Umrah ritual.

  1. Ihram

Trim your nails, remove any hair under your armpits and beneath your navel, and take care of your personal hygiene before changing into your Ihram attire. The next step is to perform Ghusl, which is an extremely important Sunnah for those who want to enter the state of Ihram. Wudhu will do if you are unable to perform Ghusl. Men may apply attar (fragrance) to their heads and beards while being careful not to get any on their Ihram clothing.
Before Meqat, a pilgrim says Talbiya and declares his intention to perform the Hajj and Umrah.

    Ihram Procedures

Having Ihram in mind, take a bath (Ghusal).
    Dress in Ihram sheets.
By covering your head, give two Rakat of Nafal.
Declare your intention with your head uncovered.
"O Allah, please make it simple for me to perform Umrah and accept it from me."
Start reciting the following Talbiya and Dua'a after leaving your house. Reciting Talbiya aloud once is required.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ، لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ\s(In the name of ALLAH, I place my trust in ALLAH, and there is no might nor power except with ALLAH) (In the name of ALLAH, I place my trust in ALLAH, and there is no might nor power except with ALLAH)
Approach Masjid Al Haram: As you move toward the Kaaba, recite Darud e Sharif and submit to Allah.
(In the name of Allah, exalting the mention of your Messenger, O ALLAH, open the doors of Your mercy for me and pardon my transgressions. Maintain a fixed gaze on Baitullah and declare: اللّهُ أكبر اللّهُ أكبر, لا إلَهَ الا اللّه, اللّهُ أكبر اللّهُ اكبر, و لِلّه الحمدَ (ALLAH is the Greatest, ALLAH is the Greatest, there is no God but ALLAH, ALLAH is the Greatest, ALLAH is the Greatest, to him belongs to all glory.) Recite Talbiya after that and then continue with Tawaf.

    Restrictions On Ihram

    Nail Trimming
trimming hair or shaving off extra hair from any part of the body.
Application of fragrances to the body or to robes.
    Attire with stitches.
Flip flops and sandals must not be stitched and must leave the ankle and back of the foot exposed.
    covering one's head or face
Even the hunting of lice on animals.
    Sexual behavior

  2. Tawaf

We provide the best umrah group packages to help our clients to provide all the relief in hotels and guide them through the whole process.
This entails circumnavigating Kabah seven times while showing respect and devotion. The Kabah must be kept to the left as the pilgrims move. Recite the Talbiyah until you reach the Kaabah, then stop. You need to be in Wudu (ablution). After the Tawaf, men must cover both shoulders. Men are only allowed to expose their right shoulder for the duration of the Tawaf, known as Idtiba'a.

    • Or, start at the Black Stone
    • If possible, kiss it.
    • If not, put your right hand there and touch it.
    • Point your right hand in the direction of the Black Stone and Say
(Just before kissing it/or just before or while touching/pointing) For men, do Raml (hasten/briskly walk) during the first three rounds of Tawaf and walk normally during the other four rounds.
When you reach the Yamani corner, either touch it with your right hand (do not kiss it) and say, or if you are unable, continue without gesturing or saying anything from the Yamani corner to the Black Stone, reciting: (Our Lord, grant us good in this life and good in the hereafter and save us from the punishment of the Hellfire. [Quran; 2:201])
Only the Hijra e Aswa should be touched when they arrive at Rukh Al Yamani (the fourth corner of Kabah). Go to Maqaame Ibraheem (Prophet Ibraheem's station) after completing Tawaf. Book our cheap umrah packages and feel all these blessings. When the seven circles are complete, they will perform Istilam (touch or kiss the Black Stone) and recite

(And make the Maqaam (place) of Ibrahim your place of prayer. Quran 2:125))
Near the Maqam-e-Ibrahim, the pilgrims will perform two rakats of Nafal without covering their heads.

    Zamzam

The pilgrims will go to the Zamzam, which is located in the basement of the Haram, to drink the water (Zamzam) while standing and praising Allah with the phrase "O Allah! I beg for useful information, abundant supplies, and a cure for every illness.

  3. Sa'yee

The definition of Sa'ey is to run or walk seven times back and forth between the hills of Safah & Marwa, which are located to the north and south of Kabah. As you cross the threshold of the Masjid, you can recite the following phrase (as is required of all Masaajid):
    بِسْمِ اللَّهِ, وَ الصلاة والسلام عَلَى رسول الله, اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ,
(Prayers and blessings be upon Allah, His Messenger, and all creation. From Your favor, O Allah, I beg You. Guard against the accursed devil, O Allah.)
You can perform Umrah in all the right ways with our best guides at Hajjumrah4u umrah travel agency. The following Ayaat (verse) is recited as one approaches Mount Safaa.
As-Safa and Al-Marwah truly come from Allah's symbols. Thus, performing the going (tawaaf) between them during the Hajj or 'Umrah of the house (ka 'bah) is not sinful for the performer. And whoever chooses to do good of their own volition, verily, Allah is the All-Recognizer, the All-Knower. [Quran; 2:158] )
نَبْدَأُ بِمَا بَدَأَ اللَّهُ بِه\s(I begin with what Allaah began with) (I begin with what Allaah began with.)
Next, climb Mount Safa, turn toward the Qibla, raise your hands, and recite the following three times.
Allah is the Greatest (Allah is the Greatest, Allaah is the Greatest).
Nothing besides Allah alone is deserving of worship. There is nothing deserving of worship besides Allah, He fulfilled His promise, He granted victory to His servant, and He alone defeated the allied army. He has no partners, the kingdom is His, all praise is due to Him, and He is supremely powerful.)
At Marwa, the seventh journey will come to an end. The pilgrim will then make two (2) rakats of nafal. Get a chance to perform Umrah this year with our cheap umrah package for 2023.

  4. Halq versus Taqsir

To leave Ihram after Sa'ee, you must perform Halq or Taqsir. You will continue to be in Ihram if you don't complete this important step. Halq means to shave the head, while Taqsir means to trim the hair.
Run a razor over your head to complete the ritual, even if you have no hair. For taqsir, the hair on all sides of the head that have hair must be trimmed to a minimum length of one fingertip. While hiring someone to cut your hair for you is acceptable, you are also allowed to do it yourself. On the other hand, Halq is not permitted for women. No matter how short the hair is, they only need to trim a fingertip's length from the end.
You can book Ramadan Umrah Packages at Hajjumrah4u because we also guide you through the way to perform Umrah according to shari'ah. You will come out of Ihram once Halq or Taqsir are finished. Put on your regular clothes at this point. Marriage will still be prohibited until Tawaf al-Ziyarah, but other Ihram restrictions will be lifted if your Umrah is a component of your Hajj.
Congratulations on completing your Umrah. Instead of taking pride in your accomplishment, keep turning to Allah in prayer, giving thanks for the opportunity, and making duas that your Umrah will be accepted. How To Perform Hajj?

The Hajj, the central tenet of Islam, is an annual spiritual pilgrimage that Muslims must undertake at least once in their lifetimes to show their allegiance to and submission to Allah (SWT). Following the 1,377-year-old Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad, millions of Muslims make the pilgrimage to the Holy Kaaba every year (PBUH). A Muslim cannot perform the Hajj unless they are in good physical, mental, and financial health.
The term "Hajji" or "mustati" describes a Muslim who successfully completes the pilgrimage. It also refers to the requirement to be physically and financially capable of performing the Hajj.
In the Holy Quran, Allah (SWT) discusses the significance of the Hajj and states that the Holy Kaaba has been completed and is now a secure sanctum and a gathering place for the people. We give Abraham and Ismail authority; you may use the shrine as a place of prayer. You are required to keep my home clean for all guests, residents, and those who bow and prostrate, as well as for myself. (2:125)
The largest annual religious event in Islam, the Hajj, is performed over five or six days, with the official start date being the eighth of the month of Dhul-Hijjah and the official end date being the thirteenth. You can get the best Hajj and umrah package for 2023 at Hajjumrah4u.

  1. Ihram And Intentions

The two initial, most important steps when performing Hajj are to have pure intention and to wear the Ihram. Muslim pilgrims are instructed to put on the Ihram after performing the niyat, consisting of two unstitched white sheets for men and a loose-fitting Abaya for women that properly covers the entire body.
Before entering Miqat, the perimeter of Makkah, the pilgrim is advised to don the Ihram on the day of Dhul-Hijjah. For pilgrims, there are five appropriate entry points or Miqats:
    · Abbyar Ali, Dhul Hulaifah - For pilgrims arriving from Saudi Arabia or Madina, this is the Miqat's focal point. Hajj al-Tamatt'u is advised for them to perform.
    · (As-Sail Al-Kabeer) Qarn-al Manzil - This is the Miqat point for pilgrims traveling to or from Taif or Najd.
    · Al- Juhfah is a place of Miqat for pilgrims traveling to or from Egypt, Syria, or Morocco. It is close to Rabigh.
    · For pilgrims passing through or coming from Iraq, Dhat'Irq is the starting point of the Miqat.
    · Sa'adiyah (Yalamlam) - This is the Miqat point for pilgrims traveling to or from Yemen, India, or Pakistan.
Pilgrims are also advised to recite Talbiyah while abstaining from all sinful acts once in Ihram. Recite the Talbiyah aloud.

  2. Mina – "City of Tents"

Mina is a tiny town located 5 to 6 kilometers from Makkah. Pilgrims are advised to rest in Mina, a tent city, until the next day after they arrive. While staying in Mina, pilgrims recite all five Salahs, beginning at Zuhr at noon and concluding at Fajr at dawn. The land of Mina is now home to contemporary tents that are furnished with all the necessary conveniences. While visiting Mina, Muslims must recite obligatory and optional prayers.

  3. 9th Dhul Hijjah, Mina to Arafat

Pilgrims begin walking toward Arafat while reciting Talbiyah aloud in the early hours of the second day of Hajj, or 9th Dhul-Hijjah, as it is known in Arabic. Muslims who travel to the Mount of Arafat perform Zuhrain, which combines the Zuhr and Asr prayers with the Qasar prayer. Waquf, or standing before Allah (SWT), is observed from noon until dusk in the vicinity of Jabal al-Rahmah.
The beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) delivered his last sermon on Mount Mercy, also known as Jabal al Rahmah of the Arafat, which is 14.4 kilometers from Mina. Get the best hajj packages from Hajjumrah4u – the best hajj travel agency.

  4. Muzdalifah

The next stop of the pilgrim's itinerary is Muzdalifah, a small town halfway between Mina and Mount Arafat. We perform Maghribaen, which combines the prayers of Maghrib and Isha, as soon as we arrive on the Muzdalifah grounds at dusk. For the Rami ritual, Muslims spend an entire night outside collecting 49 stones of similar sizes (stoning of the devil). On the morning of the tenth day of Dhul-Hijjah, they depart from Muzdalifah.

    Sa'i and Tawaf al-Ifadah

Returning to Makkah to perform Tawaf al-ifadah and Sa'I, or running between the Safa and Marwa hills, is the next step for Hajjumrah4u. After finishing, Muslims return to Mina to carry out the Rami, Nahr, and Halq rituals.

  5. Rami – Stoning the Devil

By stoning the Jamraat al-Aqabah when they reach Mina, pilgrims carry out the act of Rami. Seven stones attack the column structure. The stoning of Jamrat is carried out in remembrance of the deed performed by Prophet Ibrahim (AS) when the devil attempted to dissuade him from obeying Allah (SWTcommand. )'s Prophet Ibrahim (AS) responded by hurling tiny pebbles at the devil to drive him away. Every day at noon, Rami should be performed. The eleventh and twelfth of Dhul-Hijjah are when Rami is performed.

  6. Nahr

Muslim pilgrims are advised to offer a camel or a lamb as a sacrifice on the 12th of Dhul-Hijjah after Ramadan is over. To do this, pilgrims can buy sacrifice vouchers or coupons stating that the sacrifice has already been made on their behalf. The needy should receive the animal's meat after it has been sacrificed. We help our clients by guiding them through all the steps of Hajj and by offering hajj packages 2023 Birmingham.

  7. Farewell Tawaf

The "Tawaf al-Ifadah," also referred to as the "Farewell Tawaf," is performed after the ritual is finished, and then the pilgrims return to the Holy Kaaba in Makkah to perform Sa'I. Even though the Hajj is now officially over, many pious individuals still travel to Madinah before returning home.
One of Islam's five pillars of importance is the Hajj. Every Muslim is required to perform the Hajj, and those who can afford it and are physically capable of doing so are encouraged to do so at least once. In order to help Muslims realize their dreams, Hajjumrah4u offers hajj and umrah packages London.
